UNIVERSITY PROJECTS

Studying at Parsons in New York pushed me in ways I didn’t expect. I was constantly surrounded by new ideas and approaches, which forced me to rethink how I create and how I solve problems. I learned to experiment more, stay curious, and let myself explore things that didn’t always have clear answers. One of my favorite projects from my time here has been my work on fashion as an investable asset, creating a platform called Moda Fund, a project that let me combine my interests in fashion, finance, and system-level thinking in a way that finally made sense to me. It challenged the way I see the industry and opened up an entirely new direction for my work. Another project that shaped me was creating my own fashion magazine that brought together all the things I love, including photography, illustration, writing, branding, and creative direction. It was the first time I felt like all my interests could live in one place, and it reminded me why I love working across disciplines

I created and directed my own fashion magazine, putting together everything from original photos to branding, articles, social posts, and campaign concepts. It became a space where I could combine all the things I love creatively. I pulled inspiration from our class lectures, a topic I drew in our fashion history lottery, the museum visits we did throughout the semester, and even old ads I reimagined in a more modern way. It was one of those projects where everything I’d learned suddenly clicked together.

Additionally, I created Moda Fund, a concept that merges my interests in fashion, business, and systems thinking. What started as a simple question about how fashion holds value grew into a full exploration of why emerging designers struggle to access funding and how the financial system often overlooks creative industries. I built a platform prototype, developed a valuation framework, tested features with real users, and shaped a story that shows what happens when creativity finally gets taken seriously as a business.

Getting into the technical side of digital art was definitely a challenge at first, but it ended up being one of the most rewarding parts of my learning. As I spent more time with different programs, I started to understand how many possibilities they opened up. I found tools and techniques I had never used before, and it made me excited to keep learning and stay up to date with what’s new in digital design. This experience didn’t just help me in one class, it shaped how I approach projects in general and gave me skills I know I’ll carry into real-world work in design and marketing.

MORE PROJECTS

In this project section, I’m sharing the mix of digital skills and creativity I’ve developed over time. Using tools like Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, I’ve been able to experiment, build, and bring different ideas in ways I didn’t expect when I first started. These projects reflect how much I enjoy pushing myself, telling stories visually, and exploring how digital tools can open new possibilities in art and design.
